Registration for indoor lacrosse (winter session) is now open. Teams will be limited to 14 - it would be great to have a Manual team.

Hi,
Since all these forms have been filled out and notarized for another sport (ie cross country)- all the JCPS forms, physicals etc, payment for trainer- is the only form needed the Lacrosse info sheet? Do you want a copy of their US lax ID? PS I couldn't find an email on the blog.
